While this is a very valuable way of sharing information among the team, it is not a very effective way of estimating.</p>

<p>So I gave it my two main blogs:</p>

<p>Given that these two assessments are diametrically opposite, either I am a sparkling literary chameleon or the whole process is a bit hokey.</p>
