I’m sorry you had problems with your Buildix setup. Buildix isn’t a product – it’s a ThoughtWorks sponsored OSS project that ties some convenient stuff together (most of it open source) so that you don’t have to cobble together a common project setup. It’s not a supported product and the committers work on it as they have time. Mingle is a commercial product included in Buildix as a convenience for people to try it out. It sounds like from your description that something went wrong in the Buildix setup that affected your Mingle instance — you don’t need to register to get 5 free users with Mingle 2.0. They should be able to help you get the instance going.
