I've not had a telephone attached to my land-line since I moved into my current flat. Infact the only reason I have a line at all is to provide ADSL service over it. It irritates me that I have to pay subscription charges for a voice service I don't use. I wonder how long will it be before OFCOM force BT to separate out the cost of the physical connection (which I do want) and the voice service over it (which I don't) and allow me to just pay for what I want.
