Energized work changed the layout of their planning boards
It’s nice to see some continuous improvement in action. This article describes how one team decided to change the way they use their task board to better make use of the communication ad feedback it offers.
AGILE IN ACTION: We changed the layout of our planning boards
I have found that these planning boards are a
good idea, especially for laying out test and
release schedules.
It is also a good way to avoid giving a
hands-off project manager the excuse of
saying “nobody told me about it”, which
happens a lot. If it’s written up on the wall,
they have no way out!
